- Annual Subscriptions: Refunds for annual subscriptions will be issued on a pro-rata basis if the request is made within 30 days of the initial purchase. After 30 days, refunds will not be provided.
1.2 Print Subscriptions:
- Monthly Subscriptions: Refunds for print subscriptions will be issued if the request is made within 7 days of the initial purchase. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Annual Subscriptions: Refunds for annual print subscriptions will be issued on a pro-rata basis if the request is made within 30 days of the initial purchase. After 30 days, refunds will not be provided. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
2. Special Issues and Single-Copy Sales
- Refunds for special issues or single-copy sales are not available once the purchase is completed, unless there is a defect or error in the product received.
3. Events and Webinars
- Refunds for event and webinar registrations will be issued if the request is made at least 7 days prior to the event date. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 7 days of the event.
4. Advertising Services
- Refunds for advertising services are not available once the advertisement has been published or the campaign has commenced. If you need to cancel or reschedule an advertisement, please contact us at least 14 days in advance to discuss possible options.
